Rachael Walsh

Rachael serves as the primary donor relationship manager, coordinates fundraising events, and leads other members of the team as they put donor dollars to work.

Upon graduating from Missouri State with a degree in marketing, she started her nonprofit career at the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri. She joined the United Way team as Director of Resource Development before being promoted to her current role. She is a graduate of Leadership Springfield, Signature Class 40, and a member of Southeast Rotary.

Her idea of a relaxing weekend is exploring nature in the Ozarks or visiting a local brewery with her husband and sweet dogs.
